Voltage Pick-up for copper busbar have two two major parts. One part is 0.4mm-0.6mm aluminum plate and another part is a contact. Two parts are assembled together through SMT process. The aluminum plate will be laser welded onto the aluminum busbar, the contact will be connected with the voltage sensor through FPC in the battery pack.
