Busbar is composed by several layers of 0.1mm or 0.2mm thick aluminum foils. This busbar thickness can be 0.4mm-3mm. These aluminum foils are welded by molecular diffusion welding machine. This busbar will be laser welded in battery module and will service as cell parallel connection
