Positive/Negative Strap refer to the battery tab which is the connection between cell positive/negative and the batter cover plate.Positive strap is made of aluminum plate or aluminum foil. Negative straps made of copper plate or copper foil.

Solid Straps is manufactured from copper or aluminum plate. The strap thickness can be 0.4mm-0.6mm. The straps material are copper for negative pole connection and aluminum for positive pole connection. The straps are produced through stamping, annealling and cleaning process. Flexible Collector

The Flexible collector is manufactured from 0.1mm or 0.2mm copper or aluminum foils. The strap thickness can be 0.6mm-1.5mm. The collectors material are copper for negative pole connection and aluminum for positive pole connection. These copper/aluminum foils are welded by molecular diffusion welding machine. .
