Busbar is manufactured from copper plate. The busbar thickness can be 0.4mm-4mm. The busbar may be nickel plated with different thickness. 1-3um nickel film is for laser welding and 5-10um nickel film is for bolt/nut connection. This busbar will service as cell connection in battery module.
