Busbar - Long

Busbar is composed by several layers of 0.1mm or 0.2mm thick copper foils. This busbar thickness can be 1m-10m. These copper foils are welded by molecular diffusion welding machine. This busbar normally are insulated by heat-shrinkable tube or PVC layer.This busbar is much longer than normal busbar to replace cable in battery system. This busbar will be bolt/nut connected with other parts in battery pack and service as module connection.
