Busbar is composed by several layers of 0.1mm or 0.2mm thick copper foils. This busbar thickness can be 0.4mm-8mm. These copper foils are welded by molecular diffusion welding machine. This busbar normally are insulated by heat-shrinkable tube or PVC layer .This busbar will be bolt/nut connected with other parts in battery pack and service as module connection.
