Busbar is composed by several layers of 0.1mm or 0.2mm thick aluminum foils. This busbar thickness can be 0.4mm-6mm. These aluminum foils are welded by molecular diffusion welding machine. This busbar normally are insulated by heat-shrinkable tube. This busbar will be laser welded or be bolt/nut connected with other parts in battery pack and will service as module connection
