Flexible Cu-Al compound Busbar is manufactured from 0.1mm or 0.2mm copper or aluminum foil as main part. The 2nd part is a different material with main part. The 2nd part is welded onto main part through molecular diffusion welding machine. This busbar can be laser welded in battery module and will service as cell output connection.
