Flexible busbar is manufactured from 0.1mm or 0.2mm thick aluminum foil as main part. The nickel foil is welded onto the main part through molecular diffusion welding machine. The thickness of aluminum plate can be 1.0mm-4.0mm and the thickness of the nickel foil normally be 0.1mm. Aluminum terminal will be laser welded in module, Nickel terminal will be bolt/nut connected with copper busbar at out of module.
