Solid busbar is manufactured from Cu-Al compound plate. The Cu-Al compound plate is mainly composed by aluminum plate with 10%-30% thickness of copper plate at partial area. The Cu-Al compound plate is produced by advance manufacture process which need to melt the aluminum ingot first and add copper plate at end of the process. The thickness of aluminum plate can be 3-5mm. This busbar can be laser welded in battery module and will service as cell output connection.
