Voltage Pick-up for copper busbar have two two major parts. One part is 0.2mm-0.4mm copper plate and another part is a contact. Two parts are assembled together through SMT process. The copper plate will be laser welded onto the copper busbar, the contact will be connected with the voltage sensor through FPC in the battery pack.
