According to the 1st 10-year strategic business development plan, well-linking kick off Talent Development Project since January of 2022. Well-linking design different development program for different level talent. For middle-level manager, well-linking send them to study one-year management development program in Guangzhou city; also invite consultants to coach them at facility and consultants will provide on-line coach too. For line leader and management trainee, well-linking will arrange the training course for them every week.
