According to the 1st 10-year strategic business development plan, well-linking invite two operation expert/consultant to coach operation team members since February of 2022. Mr. Rao is the Lean Production Expert with over 15 years’ working experience and Mr. Mr. Zhong is the Quality Expert with over 10 years’ working experience. Both consultants are from a famous international company. They will coach operation team members at Well-linking facility every Saturday and provide on-line coach at working-day. The project objective is to help Well-linking to build up a better production management system and quality management system by the end of 2022.
