Busbar is composed by several layers of 0.1mm or 0.2mm thick copper foils.This busbar thickness can be 0.4mm-8mm. These copper foils are welded by molecular diffusion welding machine. The fuse are laser welded onto the busbar. This busbar normally are insulated by heat-shrinkable tube in the middle section.This busbar can be connected by Pin/Socket or bolt/nut with other parts in battery pack and service as module connection.
