Busbar is composed by several layers of 0.1mm or 0.2mm thick copper foils. This busbar thickness can be 0.4mm-8mm. These copper foils are welded by molecular diffusion welding machine. The pin/socket are laser welded onto the busbar. This busbar normally are insulated by heat-shrinkable tube in the middle section and both ends are sealed by PA material though low pressure overmolding process.This busbar will be connected by Pin/Socket with other parts in battery pack and service as module connection.
